roof rail installation

HI,
does anyone know how to install aluminum roof rails?
any suggestion will be helpful. im attaching jpg of railings in question.

i just took mine to dealership... cuz it comes with new strips that need to be painted to match your car color, cost like 500 to paint strips and install

agree. i like the look too. i got silver and want to install myself. got an instruction which is so bad that i dont know where to start.

Easy install, just pull a little upwards and also push forward the front and rear ends of the rails push forward for the front one's and a backwards for the rear one's, good luck !
