sounds like pretty bad experience overall, as u mentioned the timing wasn't up to N4S as they had to work with manufacturer (that's why I usually try to work with manufacturer directly) but sure they had to keep you informed!
as far as wheels, what you have done is settled! u didn't exactly knew what you wanted and settled to what they sold u! this isn't the best way. wheels are not bad but in my book they don't deserve that much trouble u went thru to get them! enjoy your wheels

Definitely get a drop. It'll help when you're putting 20's on such a large vehicle. I had the same issue, and while it'd look better with 21s, I didn't want to deal with difficulty of finding those tires if I needed on ASAP (daily driver).
But the drop definitely helps! I got H&R 1.2 Before After |

When is your build date? 10/10 the TMPS updated to a new partr. You may have the wrong sensors unless you said you just swapped the stocks in the the new wheels.
