I very recently had something that looked like this. Combined with symptoms of refilling coolant every few days. Wait for a warning light to verify my assumption....

A cracked expansion tank and radiator. Radiator was swapped first, was still losing coolant. Than the tank was done.

All under warranty but took a few dealer visits to diagnose and fix 100%

Depends if it's water or coolant. Look like water to me, when it's high humidity then you can have alot of water from the ac there.

Also dip your finger in it and give it a whiff, water won't smell and coolant smells like coolant.

But if it's hot and humid and you ran the AC it's probably just water

Also if you go back a bit later has it all evaporated ? Coolant won't just evaporate like water either. If it's still their after some time then it could be coolant.

so the liquid always evaporates. no smell. only leaks if AC is on when very hot. guess I'll ignore this. TY

Yes, and it looks like its coming from exactly same spot underneath where mine condenses and drips from.
