X5M invisihitch install

Wanted to share my invisihitch install I did today. Very well made, and great protection in the event of a rear end collision. Daryl and Steve were great and got everything to me super quick. No problems with the install and everything bolted up perfectly.

Any clearance issues with the adapter plug when the cover is put on? I had to shave down the thumb tab on the receptacle, otherwise perfect fit. I was the first X6M/X5M test fit.

Fitment is spot on, I used the cutout template they provided. I'll try to add some pictures tomorrow from underneath.

Invisihitch for my 35d is being FedEx'd right now. Due to arrive on Tuesday.

Have you made appointment with Okee for coding?

Hmm..

I seem to be having an issue with mine as it uses a different bracket for the wiring harness. It's hitting the chassis due to this. Pics attached

I just received my hitch about two weeks ago, so I think this is the new design.

Nice work! I have this hitch as well and it's a great setup - I like that it's hidden from view.

Are you guys able to post a pic with the rear bumper back on? Just curious on final look and if any trimming involved. I did not know this hitch could fit with the M exhaust, this is great news!

I'll get some pictures later, but there isn't really anything to see. It's totally hidden from view without the hitch bar in. I didn't have to cut anything in the bumper at all for fitment - it fit perfectly.

The only issue I had is what is seen above. I ended up putting some 1/4" spacers on the bracket and that seemed to correct the issue.

Off Topic: What kind of exhaust do you got? The tips looks a lot bigger than the stock, what size are those?
