F90 M5 has no MAF, E70 X5M has no MAF

What's causing me to bring this us is that you can see there's a crossover pipe between the two intercoolers. Whether he's right or not I can't be sure, but RK on Instagram said it's to equalize boost between the two turbos since it's now MAFless vs before where the F10 had dual MAFs. My question is...would this be beneficial to us? Just a though.

It'll just be using dual MAP sensors instead of MAF.

Equalising the pressure output of the individual turbos would nett negligible gain, and would only serve to offer minor redundancy for a failing turbo.

Unsure how the individual wastegates would be controlled, given the MAPs would be seeing the same load in this setup.

Our charge pipes include the recirc valves while the N63, N63TU and S63TU put them elsewhere. Unfortunately no ones makes aftermarket charge pipes for us.

Just curious since they must have done it for a reason.
