Removing stains from calipers

Hey guys, what do you use to remove stains off your calipers? I painted mine lime green last spring using some high heat engine enamel followed by clear. The finish is still fine, no flaking etc. The issue I'm having is that when you look closely at the caliper, there are some dark spots and black stains on them and I can't get them off.

I tried using wheel cleaner, wheel degreaser from chemical guys but still no luck. Any suggestions on what I could try?

Thanks

Maybe try iron X. Seems to do an excellent job other than removing iron contamination. Sonax is another good wheel cleaner.

if its dark, it could be tar. In that case, try Tar-X

I've already tried the Chemical Guys stuff. I have the orange degreaser and the blue wheel cleaner, i left it on for about a minute, rubbed it with a brush and then hosed it off, stains still there.

I will try Sonax, haven't heard of Tar-X but i will give that a shot as well.

I'll post some close up pictures of the stains in question to give a better idea.
