sound beug : ccc or ampt70 ?

hi friends

i have trouble on my e70 x5 year 2008

when ignition ON => no sound from speackers
when ignition OFF => sound ok from speackers

what you think ?
in CCC i have dtc 930C - 9311 and 9310 but now found anything about this dtc
