Lowered e70 x5 alightment opinion

Just had the x5 alignment done, I was telling the tech to bring the Toe to 0.02 bu he insisted that it will be on the red zone wearing the tires quick. Keep in mind my front camber is off do to lowering the car to a high of 30" on all for corners. Do you guy think I should bring it back and align the toe closer to 0.00 even if it fall in the red zone? Some one mention it shouldn't be higher than 0.03. I notice the car lost the nice tight feel, it feels more like a lexus.

Which lowering kit are you using? Did they include alignment specs you should use?

Is it necessary when lowering these cars to change the upper control arm with different camber specs.

I'm lowered in bc coilovers, I have done springs and coilover and no one provided alignment specs. As per the upper control arm is an option, I'm worried more of the toe, I keep reading to align close 0.00 but not 0 around 0.002-0.004 but that will put me out off the bmw alignment range , pass the red zone
