I just bought a 13 X5M last weekend to go along with my 11 E90 M3. The X5 is definitely bigger, but amazing how it goes, stops, and turns so well. Still getting used to the more relaxed nature of the X5, much less high strung than my M3, but has tons of power, exactly what I was looking for!

I moved from an E90 M3 to an X5M. They are totally different beasts not only due to the FI characteristics of the X5M, but also the weight difference.
Anyone who has gone from a light vehicle (relative to the X, because we all know the M3 is still a plump kid), to the X5M will immediately notice how heavy feeling the X5M is. The steering is firmer on the SAV and isn't as nimble. With that said, the X is a blast to drive and with the exhaust fully open, makes a nice intoxicating smack to the eardrums. |

Thanks all. This thing is definitely more fun to drive than I expected. It definitely drives very different than the m3. Now I can't decide whether or not to hold on to the m3 also.
