Question about Ventilated Seat Package

Those of you who have it, how does the heated seat work with this package. If all you get is heated seats then you have a three light heated seat button for warm, hot and very hot. However, I notice that there is only a place for 1 light by the heated seat button, so do you loose the three level heat function?

my brother and i got a 2009 x6, both loaded except mine does not have ventilated sets because of the colour interior i chose, his truck still has three levels for heated seat but the button is different because the one button also controls the a/c seat feature, when you press the button, the levels show up in the idrive screen

Good to know for when we start looking for our trade.

we may need to move out of the X6 xDrive 50i and into the X5 4.8i cause we are expecting our 3rd child. unfortunately the X6 will not accomidate 3 kids and 2 adults if 2 of the children are still in car seats ;-(

Do you have any pics of your X6 on 22s?
