At least it's a performance edition that actually does something! Rather have the looks of an M though.

At the end of the day you'll still come to the same realization, you bought an X6 for more than the price of an X6M.

It is not a new car.

The new ones are bigger anyway.

What do you mean when you say 'too much car for her'?

I never understood that.
I understand when an adult says it's too much car for his son/daughter, but a car being too much for a grown adult...?

She can't modulate the throttle? Is the gas pedal either completely up or completely to the floor?

Here is another scenario:

Don't you think an X6 (I'm guessing you got the 5.0) with 40hp more than stock should also come with larger rotors to reduce the stopping distance? In this case, wouldn't the X6M be a better choice since it can handle better and stop faster than the rest of the X6's?

It's fine if you really wanted that exact car/combo/etc. but I just don't understand why someone would say 'it's too much car' for a grown adult that can make the right decision.

Does anyone really need 550 HP to go to the gym? The last RR SC I traded had 11,000 miles after two years. I think a X6M would be a bit excessive! Properly equipped its $10,000 more than the performance edition! That's $10,000 for 100 HP. Why buy a stripped down M?
