2010 X6 wires

Hi everyone, I need some help. I am a GPS tracker systems installer but I have never came across a 2010 X6 35d like now.
For my system to work I just need a constant 12v (+), a positive only when ACC is on, and obviously the (-). As added function my equipment can shutdown the engine sending a signal to a relay that can be connected to the ignition harness or any other wire that can shut off the engine.
My problem is that I don't know where to find this wires on the bimmer. I have read about the Footwell module, but can someone help me out identifying this wires? I don't want to mess the ECU or trigger a fault when installing this.

Thanks a bunch
