Special Edition in Costa Rica

Yesterday I found this special edition X6M on my local dealer, has a badge on the dashboard that says 1/100
Don't like the stripes much, they look fine as a show car, not for daily use IMO

M6 Grand Coupe (crapy iPhone picture sorry) spectacular looking car, red inside, haven't seen a better looking car a long time ago, inside is just out of this world......



White 4 Series Coupe, this was very basic, not many features but still a nice looking coupe.

I believe those decals can come off. Just another marketing plot by BMW to try and sell a few more. Nothing very special personal as these are all parts you can already buy. Really wish they did something wild. It's just like all the "limited edition M3s". These were nothing more than a different paint and perhaps stitching inside.

I agree about the M6 GC. Hands down on of the best looking cars put on the market regardless of price. And the interior just makes it that much better. Unbelievable machine.

If I was in the market for that kind of car there would be no questions asked. Yes the panamera turbo is an unbelievable machine and absolutely devours roads and many super cars. But I can't buy into one, the look, the interior is way too busy with all the buttons and the price tag depending on options that will touch almost 200k.

I drove an RS7 and CLS63 AWD. I loved the M6 GC so much more. For those that live in 4 season climates the RS and CLS63 may be a better choice and will certainly sell more.

The M6 GC is simply amazing,,I have always been a faithful M5 guy....untill I saw this..Heck id be happy just to hear what the Bang Olufsen sounds like!

Decals came uninstalled, I saw the car the day it arrived, they installed the decals after cleaning the car before hitting the showroom
Is just a regular X6M loaded like mine so it is just marketing the last few E71's before the new generation comes, no one cares much that is a limited edition anyway

Hey motex, i was looking at the bmw garage section to see which wheels suits better on my x6m, and i loved your painted wheels and for my surprise you had costarrican license plate! i thought there is only one x6m black in costa rica! we are two now btw where did you paint your wheels? i am looking to buy style 214 or style 215 and paint to that color you have, i hate the stock wheels as you :/ if you don't mind you can msg text to me at 8812-1589, recently i upgrade my individual sound system, replacing all the speakers and they sound greater than stock, i can share info if you like to

Thanks, they were powder coated in Alajuela from a guy named Erwin, phone 8392-9606, call him, he is a nice guy and makes a great job.
I have a friend that may have some almost-new 214's and 215's if you are interested I can call him?
X6M's down here as far as I know: 3 black. 2 red, 1 blue and 2 white's

Awesome!! I might interested on those wheels!! hey do you have any picture of your car took by the side completely 180 deg? I saw many of your photos but not completely from a side view, or if i can see them live would be perfect! I installed bsw in my car and the sound improved a lot you might want to listen too!

My friend has a set of 215's in like-new-condition (21") with Dunlop tires (50% thread left) they are OEM and they are Gunmetal color. Let me know if you are interested.

As for the pictures let my see if I have a side picture and will post it for you, sure we can meet anytime, but not this coming week because I ordered a Powerdome hood and it is already here, so my car will be at the paint shop for a week or so...

Hello Kennis, sorry but I cant find a side picture of my car, just this one which is the same you saw at the BMW garage.
Regarding the 214's, my friend sold them, so you will have to look at the dealership, they usually stock them, good luck!

Another option is to paint your actual wheels in black like a I did some time ago, check this pics

thanks for the pictures!! i think i dont like much the M stock wheels even blacked out, are you currently using 214 blacked out? if so, i think i will make a decision once i see your car live when is out of the shop

I never liked the OEM M wheels, that is why I painted them, but after a few months I switched to 214's which are the ones Im "wearing" now, I will call you as soon as I get my car back.
