Vredestein Ultrac Vorti?

Has anyone driven the X5 with Vredestein Ultrac Vorti 20" tires? Are they low noise, good cornering and traction in dry/wet conditions?

These are my top choices for replacing the Bridgestone Dueler HPSport RFT (runflat summer):

1. Nitto Motivo (all season but I hear traction isn't so great and some flat spots when car is sitting that go away after a few miles)

2. Vredestein Ultra Vorti (summer tire and then I could get 18" or 19" set for going up occasionally to mountains in winter).
