After a painful process getting rid of my Cayenne (fwiw, Porsche 'lease transfers' don't exist in the traditional sense) & coming close to buying either a used Cayenne GTS or Turbo..... a 2010 Sapphire Black on Black X5M landed at a local BMW dealer's lot w/my name on it!!!!

Originally I had been scouring the web & US dealers to try to import one into Canada, but never found the right one at the right price. I'm super excited to take delivery, scheduled for next Thursday. Nothing major planned for it currently in terms of mods, apart from a 20% tint all around & getting the blacked out front grill installed.

I will post pics shortly after delivery!

Finally took delivery today!! A little irritated that even though they were a week late to deliver it, the truck still needs a little touching up on the interior & exterior, but what can you do I guess? That's what happens when you buy used, it will never be 100 pct perfect. At least they are going to take care of everything I want touched up and apply the 3M protection on the rear wheel area for me, no additional charge.

Here are some quick shots I snapped when I got home w/my iPhone....will try to post better ones when I have a chance.

I need to wait for traffic to calm down before I take it out for some fun!!
