I picked this one up from a private seller in STL, one owner all dealer records and 71K miles. So far I am happy with it, no SES lights after 2k miles. Still haven't found time to run through the motor yet. I smell a faint oil and coolant smell after a slight spirited drive. I have an appointment to drop it off at a local indy dealer here in town Thursday. When I got it, felt like I was driving a fishbowl so I already tinted the windows and added a brow. Blacked out the pointless markers on bumpers. Added the LED Angel Eyes. Wheels were pretty bad shape, sanded fixed majority of curb rash and sprayed them metallic until I can figure out what style I like the best. Did some paint correction still needs more. New Brake pads, car sat for a year before he sold it so I had the rotors d- glazed and I put new pads on, stopped the squeak. Got rid of the wood interior look and wrapped it CF, along with some accents on the outside, not sure how I feel about it but will leave it for now. Really like the spoiler wrapped. Attached the progress, granted I haven't done as much as fast I wanted but it will do for now. The last photo getting popped by the OHP... |
