You might need to change the FRM module, if your car is older than 10/2009 (or something like that) and buy two adaptive modules for the headlights, if your car was not equipped with adaptive headlights from the factory. If you want you can also change the sprayers for the headlights, since they are different for the LEDs.

The retrofit kit includes the headlights and necessary wires.

BTW there is a reference for the EBA (which are instructions for the installation from BMW provided for all their dealers).

Shove this in your dealers face and tell them you're writing a complaint.

BUT Do not let them do the installation, since they will probably ack it up.

This is what I found:

63132297442 seems to be the retrofit OEM # for the LED's for X5 E70's and X6 E71's

61359287252, this is the part # for the new FRM module that replaces the old one.

I called my dealer and they were talking about adaptive drive modules etc...are these the parts listed on your invoice?

Did you get the headlight specific washers?

I'll call another dealer to see what's up..

The part numbers were given to me by some employee of the dealership, my car had adaptive lights before the retrofit, also had the factory washers, there is no info on my invoice, usually they hide that info for some reason.
I do know they had to replace a module and reprogram the lights software, sorry I can't give you additional and more specific info

They left it overnight doing the coding, but coding was included in the price of the retrofit package, so I really don't know exactly how many hours took to recode it, I do know there were a good amount of coding hours but not sure how many sorry

My advisor indicated that the only retro kit is a Euro one.

Yes, our BMW cars are always European specs, same as for the retrofit

Parts dept told me the X5 /// M jet part # is the same for model years 2010-2013
