Sorry, but can't answer that, installation was performed totally by my local BMW dealership. Good luck!

I had my BMW bodyshop install it and it cost much less than the dealer
I had run the wiring harness and dealer coded the truck

Coding was unsuccessful and BMW Canada, and Germany couldn't figure out why my LED Halos's where alternating between hi and low intensity

We then proceeded to pull Pin 7 from the headlamps and my LED halos stay at full intensity all the time even with low or hi beams on!

I must say I like the hi intensity Halos on all the time!
