X5 problems
I bought my wife a CPO 2008 x5 just 2 months ago and it had been nothing but a headache. At one point, it was in the shop for 3 weeks straight with an electrical issue they could not figure out even with BMW engineers on the other end advising them.
Now it has a rear fan motor issue again, a weird sound in the drivers door and a check engine light on. A weird sound is coming from the engine. I have a $60000 suv but it behaves like a $5000 piece of crap! What do I do? |

First of all, sorry you are having trouble with your X5. You should not be dealing with these issues. This is a BMW and it should act like one.
My advise is to take it in and if they cannot fix the car the they should buy it back under lemon law. (4 times for the same issue or 30 days in the shop) any decent lemon lawyer will jump on that cake. They will buy it back and Hou can buy another one that does not have any problems. I just sold my E53 X5 with 110,000 on it. Still ran great. And bought the new E70 X5 and own an E90 328 and an E92 M3. All are great cars. Good luck and feel free to PM me if I can help in any way.
