Dustless Brake Pads

I just purchased an 09 X5 and in a day the brake dust on my wheels is crazy. It only has 20k miles on it so assuming OEM pads. Any ideas on some good pads that aren\'t as dusty? Wish I could get ceramic for front as well as back, but cant seem to find any. Appreciate any ideas you might have.

I use Armorall wheel protectant after washing the car. Works wonders and can last a few weeks or until your next wash, whichever comes first. It is safe to use on all wheels finishes.

Break caliper covers

I would recommend, for under $200, get RED break caliper covers. Look great and prevent break dust from your wheels.

I don't see one that says it fits with the e70... Interesting idea.

I have E70 and they fit mine. Try contacting seller and ask them a question if they will fit your E70.

Thanks for the Armorall idea. I will try it and see how it works. I did try Keep Clean Wheel by Eagle One and no luck. I am awaiting Akebono ceramic pads due out in April/May in hopes this will solve the problem.

Finished installing break caliper covers

Just finished installing my MGP Red Aluminum Brake Caliper Covers over the weekend. Look great. Here are some images of what breaks look like after the installation ...

This stuff is awesome! It doesn't keep the wheels 100% clean, but it does make a drastic difference.

I use WheelWax. http://www.wheelwax.com/

Certainly a lot more effort involved than that spray can stuff. But I suppose it's a personal thing that I don't let anything named "ArmorAll" touch my cars.

I use Wheel Wax too, but it doesn't keep my wheels clean. The Armor All Wheel Protection makes a huge difference.
