Rim Options - 2012 X5d Sport

I'm looking to get a set of 19" winter tires.
I know from the OEM that the standard is 255/50R19, with a wheel size 8Jx19 and an offset of 25, and a bore of 74.1
I'm looking for a used set, and there are lots of other rims with slightly different offsets but the same bore and bolt pattern.
Is there a range of offset that I can use, or does it have to be 25mm?

The 2010 X6M looks to be all the same, except with a 37mm offset. Would this work?

Thanks,
