idrive will not reboot

I am unable to reboot the idrive on my 2015 X5. Pressing and holding the stereo volume button does nothing. I have tried while the vehicle is running, while it is in ACC and in radio only. Running or ACC it does absolutely nothing. Holding for at least 90 seconds, screen never goes blank. In radio only, it simply turns the screen on or off. In other words, press and hold does the same thing as simply press and release. I have also tried holding the CD player eject and volume together. Nothing.

I am trying to reboot because I lost all audio. No stereo, no warning chimes, no Bluetooth, no voice interaction. Nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks!
