Rattle coming from engine area, DISA Valve??

It only makes the noise when I’m in Drive and accelerating, not at all when in park and hitting gas. Seen a video a while back twitch a similar sound and they thought it was the DISA Valve. Any advice or direction?

It was the left DISA Valve, just got it fixed.

I just replaced both of them. Same sound.
Get it fix before the flap breaks off.
