It's that time of year again!

CES Motorsport in conjunction with SOHO Motorsports are proud to be sponsoring our 3rd annual Charlotte Showdown Event coming up Nov 8th 2014 at Rockingham Dragway....

Once again the time has come for the Charlotte Showdown, where the East will compete against the West to determine who has the quickest and highest power vehicles. This year we will be hosting the event at Rockingham Dragway which will allow people to try their hardest to get the fastest time they can get in a quarter of a mile with the horsepower / torque they have created with aftermarket modifications. The reason that I am contacting you is to invite you to become a part of this event that we are anticipating to be one of the biggest events of the year. We have posted on almost every forum that is out there and have contacted every shop/ customer that we know to spread the word to make this event HUGE! We are offering a raffle at the end of the day and would be interested to see if you had any products that you would be willing to raffle off or if you would be able to come out and promote your product. In this email I have attached the flyers for the event and we are anticipating at least 1000 people from all over the east coast with some of the most powerful vehicles participating with a few of your products, please let me know if you would like to be a part of this event as I have included all of the information below.

This will be an event for all ages and genders to come and enjoy, with the cooler weather starting to settle in, that will only make for some quick lap times and high horsepower numbers.



Events:

* Test + Tune:
Will allow you to drive your vehicle down the dragstrip to see what your best time will be in the quarter mile. This year we have added this event to allow vehicles who have very similar power to compete against each other to see who will come out on top. In the previous years we have added horsepower totals from both sides to determine whether the east or the west will win the event. The top five quickest times of the day receive a trophy and the quickest time of the day receives the Charlotte Showdown Winner trophy.

** $100 entry fee for the test and tune event includes unlimited runs down the dragstrip, two dyno pulls, entry into the car show, three raffle tickets and a charlotte showdown t-shirt.

*Dyno Competition:
The Dyno competition is a unique competition that takes the combined highest horsepower and highest torque per vehicle together. The top five highest combo cars for each respective side east (asian made) vs. west (euro/ american made) will be added up to crown one winner. The top five of the winning side and the highest hp/tq car overall receive trophies.

** $40 entry fee for the dyno competition includes 2 dyno pulls with a print out and three raffle tickets and a charlotte showdown t-shirt.

*Car show:
Open to all makes and models, awards will be given to the top 3 east (asian) and top 3 west (euro/ american) along with one best in show. Voting will be done by fellow registered car show attendees via ballot.

**$15 entry fee per car and includes two raffler tickets and a charlotte showdown t-shirt.

*Raffle:
Raffle prizes will be annouced closer to the event and are based on sponsor contributions. Raffle tickets will be on sale at the entry gate.

** $5 for two tickets, $10 for five tickets, $15 for ten tickets.

****Entry Fee****
Free entry fee with any event registration and $10 fee to enter which will include a charlotte showdown t-shirt.

**T-shirts available while supplies last.

***Last year, the west won and we had a great turnout with around 700 people, let's make this one of the biggest events of the year!
