Brake Rotors from Ebay?

Hi

Looking to upgrade the look of my stock 2011 X6 35i.

Found this on ebay:

Eline drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic brake pads

Are these any good?
Pls share your opinions/experiences

Have not tried, I would be hesitant about buying anything as critical as brakes off of Ebay.

Would not trust anything except for genuine BMW oem pads and rotors. Just speaking from my past experience.

Thanks for the reply igorbmwx6!

Honestly I just wanted the look of the slotted/drilled rotors.
Can't seem to find another reputable brand that offers this.

Anyway, is it ok to ask, what was your past experience?

I put a set on my van and I can say, they do have better braking power than the OEM, but they were already shot after 2 years - so I can't really recommend them.

What you can do is check Tirerack and other reputable online stores. Find a good brand then get the part number, then check ebay. You can usually find them on ebay for cheap.

1.) Wrong rotor size, would not fit 100% correctly
2.) Would fit, but then make noise
3.) Loss of braking power
