Help with X5

Hello All, I have a 2000 X5 4.4i automatic tranny.

Last night I came back home in my car it was all fine, However the next morning when I left home I can feel a small vibration when I accelerate. I decided to ignore it then after 10 mins of driving the car became really heavy when I step on the accelerator it hardly moves and vibrates alot. The engine is fine if I put the car in neutral it revs up normally.

Can somebody please help me with this problem.
