Convert to E85

Is anyone familiar with Ethanol conversions, because I'm not. I was wondering up pros and cons to converting to E85, and if it's ever been done with our cars. Thanks.

If you're talking about doing it to an X6 I expect this would be expensive considering all the electronics involved. Hopefully someone with knowledge of X6 and experience at doing Ethanol conversion will comment.
