E71 Piano Black Trim Kit

Hi guys
Im new here and new in BMW family
Just got my first BMW X6 xdrive35i. I would like to change interior trim to piano black trim but I could find nowhere to buy it.Any idea where I can look for it and I would also like to upgrade a muffler but dont know which one I should buy.If you have any suggestion please let me know

Too easy ,)) and way too expansive
I was looking for some cheaper option

buy a set of second hand trim and get a body shop to paint it for you
replace your trim with newly painted trim
sell or keep old trim for when returning back to stock
