What should I pay?

Hey guys, looking into this X5 here. It's a 2012 with basically 19,000 miles. It's a 50i and has leather dash, apps, Premium Package, Premiun sound package. Does NOT have the activate steering or cold weather package or any of that. Sticker was around $74,xxx I think. They're asking $63,984. What do you think is a reasonable offer? Thanks guys

Not sure about the pricing since I'm looking at the diesels but that car is sweet!!

Look for invoice price of your car when it was new here-http://www.truecar.com/prices-new/bmw/x5-pricing/

Add $500 and that's what should be able to pay for a new one.
This will give you a feel for what you should bid on this used one which, as you've probably noticed is a very high mileage car. I notice that the carfax does not indicate any BMW service in over 18,000 miles. I'd ask about that.
