Boneca, currently shopping for a/s tires. what is your input on those toyo proxes? Noise, wear, snow, handling around corners. I'm debating between the conti's dws06 or other options, I'm afraid they sidewall might be to soft for my liking.

as for Toyo's Proxies STII overall I'll give them 8/10! I bought them as a set with wheels back in December of '15. when I bought my car I had a set of 21" wheels with summer Dunlop tires not in great condition so I had to move fast and ordered the set without knowing too much about Toyo's but other alternatives for tires with that set I didn't like at all. It's 3rd winter season on this tires and also I ended up driving most of last summer on them due to issues with my set of 22"s. I have to say from noise, wear, snow and handling they are not disappointed me at all! I also drove to Canada this summer on this set and they felt great on a long trips! Personally I would probably try Conti's for new 20" tires but Toyo's would still be there on my list! Hope it helps and let me know what you gonna end up getting

Thank you, most likely I will buy the toyo's. Do they appear to be narrower than the Bridgestone's? Last edited by hennessy_r24; 02-01-2018 at 06:02 AM.. |
