Horrible Mess

Hi guys so I have an E70 X5 35i. the car is a 2011 model and has 34.5k miles on it. The car has a front driveshaft recall and it hasn't been completed yet. But, when I was driving home today I noticed when I accelerate above 45MPH the steering wheel shakes and I hear noises and it shakes on the back. I feel like if I go any faster entire back is going to fall off. Any idea what could cause this?

wrong forum but anyway get that check at the dealer, my driveshaft fell off on highway on 11 X5 35i couple years ago, it broke transmission, covers etc., it was all replaced quickly and free of charge but it wasn't pretty at all!

Probably a bend in the wheel, a bubble in the tire or an unbalanced wheel.
