Used X5 4.8i 2007

Greetings to the forum,

I am from Greece and the last 2 weeks after selling the X6 35i with almost 130000km on the clock, I am in the market for an X5 4.8i.
I have just inspected a potential one to the local dealer. It's a 2008 with 95000km, one owner, with almost every extra.

To the point,
After inspection the mechanics found a leak of transmision fluid, and propably a leak from the valve covers but they are not sure. The car needs to be cleaned at the bottom and ispect from where the leak is coming. With some other things the total cost from the dealer is around 3000Euros plus the beefy tyres on 20's.

What is your advice, should I discuss the price and reduce it by the amount of the cost for repairs or walk away?
