Canadian Spec?

Doing some looking around for an E70 X5M and found one I like, but when I did a VIN decode, it stated CAN Spec.

Just wondering what differences that has to a US car.

The one I am looking at is for sale in the US, so assuming it still shows the displays in mph, Degrees F and whatnot...???

Ask the seller....

but otherwise, the only big issue might be a console with KMH instead of MPH as the main unit, everything else is switchable easily.
If it was imported and has a US title now, that means that anything else that should be US spec has been updated to pass customs inspection. Even stuff as silly as what logos are shown on the airbag lights...and I say this as I personally imported a Canadian vehicle to the US.
