They will not. Even if you touch the tips together the offset will not allow use of the factory 'y's. You could likely use the factory muffler if you found the right 'y's.

Excuse my ignorance but what exactly is done to this exhaust other than the tips? Is it a stock exhaust with mods or an aftermarket exhaust with Dimsa tips?

Everything stock from right behind the rear wheels was removed. FMU fabricated the piping from the end of the remaining stock "mid-piping" to the DiMisa tips (and installed the tips obviously).
