I've never seen a 35d running that amount of power ? Didn't think it was possible.

In order to get past the ~375bhp mark requires changing the turbos, and it's recommended if you're going to do that to do the intercooler too.
I had the Ecotune x35d stage 3 kit fitted which comprised of dpf removal downpipe, wagner intercooler, larger turbos, and remap.

Thats allot of power from that d. I bet it sounds epic. Its allot of money but for the correct person it may just sell. You should maybe be prepared to have to split or take a hit though as that is a hugely niche market your aiming at.

Stunning car though seriously mate. It looks fantastic and I bet that goes like a rocket.

I agree with the above statement. Well worth the money if thats what the buyer is also looking to fo and spend. But to add up vost of mods and add it on a car is sort of beyond the mark of that.

I had between 15k and 17k of mods on my old 335i and I sold it for 2k over the market value at the time at 13k. According to the current market my car would sell now for 17k.

Stunning car non the less.

Thats crap when that happens. I had the same when selling mine. It was a bummer. What about trying swap plus cash on your parts?

I agree with all the statements saying it will require a like minded person to come along in order to get it sold. But that's ok.
In terms of splitting not only is it impossible but I'm not really for it. This is a unique car which has taken effort to build so I'm in no hurry to "take it down a few pegs". Imagine if I started taking mods away, LSD for instance, and still didn't get it sold... Yeah I'd have some money in my pocket but I'd be left driving a car which I'm unhappy with.
In a way I have no pressure to sell this car - I'd happily drive it till its arse end falls out at 300k miles! I love it and don't consider there to be a suitable replacement on the market that offers me what this can.
However the reason it's listed here is due to a potential career change in the near future which would see my annual mileage slashed, meaning I couldn't justify a diesel, and at the same time I could go back to running a full fat M car.

My old car and I have to agree that I found Martin as much as an enthusiast if arguable more than me.

You have done the car proud and maintained high standard it was accustomed to. A fantastic car and faultless during my ownership apart from the red hose recall.

GLWS mate and hope it goes to another fine home!!

Stunning looking car mate, I live round the corner from you and have passed the car many times whilst out walking the dog. Good luck with the sale, I'd gladly take her of your hands if I had the pennies!

Cheers Davie

Car now taxed until 31 July 2015.
Brake fluid and coolant changed yesterday. Also checked the transmission oil, for peace of mind, and level was ok.
Windscreen also replaced recently.
As per original post I will endeavour to correct the noticable paintwork defects and detail the car prior to sale.
Price dropped too.

Jesus Christ this is literally my dream car, I don't think selling my E90 & a kidney would get even half the asking price though.

One day.

GLWTS, it's stunning,

Updated with current mileage.
Just had the gloss black window trims resprayed due to a few bubbles appearing.

And purely for information (I don't want to start a debate here) this is equal to a C63 in a sprint from 30 thru 140 mph

Superb example, having a stage 2 335d I know the costs involves and those are wonderful mods that compliment the car for anyone that doubts the power it's definitely obtainable.

It's a lot more than what I paid for my D but if I had more money and didn't have the D I have I'd of snapped this up.

Took a few impromptu photos tonight. It just happened to be a massive coincidence that the refinery in the background was flaring away big time

What an amazing car. How much does it cost to get it to this point. ie. Engine modification?
