OBD2 Port

I just wanted to confirm that the OBD2 port does not have a cover.

If it's by the door like on the e9x, it should have a dust cover. In Dakota it just dangles from behind the dash and no cover.

Both my E9x had a cover. On my X5 it was further back, facing downwards and hidden so I was wondering if maybe the cover was missing.
