You won't lose traction especially if you have new tires. Maybe some wheel chirp but that's it.
I had no clue they can track how many times you've launched it... there goes my resale value.

Hmm, because one of the things I thought about the X5M is that it does not feel overwhelmingly fast. Maybe I needed to play with the settings more? Currently cross shopping that against a couple of a Audi diesels and the new MDX… |

Thats something characteristic about the car. Its masks speed very well. I'm cutting sub 4 second 0-60 runs but my stock b8 s4 feels more visceral when you punch it (that'll change once I get these catless DP's put in, still on dinan tune). I think the suspension setup on the car causes it to feel like it isn't going as fast as it really is.

Glad it worked! It just takes a few times to get used to the process. Scheduled to have my downpipes installed June 12th so I can't wait to see how it will launch then!

How do they tell? Is there a way we can check without having the dealer do it? I'm curious to know how many times it has been run. I have never used it.
Is it possible it can be reset? This is also something I would have liked to know before purchasing the vehicle. |

Ok cool. I have all of the diagnostic and coding software. Maybe someone with coding experience would know.
