Advice on Pricing

Hi guys!

Recently I have been considering buying a used bmw x6 3.5I 2008, form a used car dealership in my region (Canada- Quebec).
So far I am unaware of any packages equipped in the vehicle and would like to know if I'm getting a fair value based on there being no packages.

The car has 38 000 KM, and is listed at $56 992. I think that the car doesn't have any particular packages, and the sales men didn't seem to know much about the car's equipment.

The reason I am considering buying this car at this used car dealership is because my household (mom, dad and sister) have been considering buying newer vehicles. However, we are getting different car brands. A friend told me that with the amount of mileage on my car I can go to BMW to get some of their available maintenance package and their insurance on pre owned vehicles; which is available if i pass inspection.

Is doing so recommended? Is the price worth it? Apparently the price was not negotiable, but I am sure it will change when we tell them we are buying four cars at once.

Thanks in advance for which ever input.
