DPF Issue w High Exhaust Backpressure

Hello Experts,

Need some help!! Having issues with DPF, getting message pop up with codes 00480A & 00481A.

Did some diagnose test on ISTA+.

The Exhaust Back-pressure Sensor showing very high reading.
Idle Speed 70.9 mbar
2000 rpm - 259 mbar
4000 rpm - 510 mbar

Coolant temp 90 Degrees.

I have been trying to regenerate through ISTA+ without any luck. The status shows Enabled but not going to active. I have put anti clog in tank (Liqui Moly) and drove (160km) on 2800 rpm (manual 4th Gear). Cannot get the regeneration active.

Attaching some snips of the results. These results were after the drive.
DDE Measure Valves and DPF Values.

Also, Is there any way I could find the ash and soot level using ISTA+.

What options do I have if I cannot regenerate using ISTA?

Thanks in advance. Still Learning....

Your air mass reading looks pretty off. I remember that one time I installed the maf sensor backwards and it wouldn't regen. A bad sensor would give you a similar issue. Easy enough to change, then reset adaptions.

Thanks I will look into it.

I also read a dirty EGR valve can cause problem and not allow car to do passive regeneration.

If changing any of these valves can fix the issues.

Mechanic has recommended to remove and clean it, which will cost me more money. Besides would want to get the issue fixed so it won't happen again.
