Water Coolant Boiling

Hello, I have a 2013 x5 3.5i. Recently when i reach back home and turn of the car I can hear the Coolant boiling very strong for a decent 10 minutes after I turn off the car. To make sure it is the coolant i opened the bonnet and touched the expansion tank and 100% sure it was boiling from there with a loud boiling voice even heard from inside the cabin. Iam not getting any alerts that my car is over heating. Any suggestions what could be wrong?

Your cooling fan is not working.

Water pump is about to die. Very common problem with the N55 engines.
