Rough Idle after Starting

2009 E70 30i
Rough Idle with erratic Fluctuating RPM after Starting for about 20 seconds
Seems worse when starting first thing in the morning.
Still there after starting when warm
RPM seems to also fluctuate when stopped at traffic lights
Seems to accelerate OK under light or heavy acceleration

Any suggestions on what it may be

Could be a lot of things. Do you have a check engine light? I'd get a good code reader and see what it says.

it is a
P00BD Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor A - Circuit range/performance
The mechanic had a look and it is an air leak from the Air Box to the Intake Manifold, he tightened the clamp, which fixed it for a while, now doing it again so still needs to further look at it
