Can you get Active Cruise with X6M?

I'd rather go for the M over regular X6, but I don't want to lose the active cruise control option. I love that feature. Is there absolutely no way to get it on the M?

Active cruise requires a radar sensor. Not sure if I will allow anyone to play with programming in an X6M

Nope - not available. I asked about this on my 2013 X6M...

Also wasn't available on my 2013 M6...

It appears that they simply may not be putting the required frontal sensors on the "M" cars so they can maximize engine/brake airflow through the grilles... (Just a guess)

I went with X6 50i because I wanted few luxury features such as Active Cruise & Active Steering..

If you want M, it's all about having FULL CONTROL & FULL PERFORMANCE. No need for these features..

I'm just saying that it was retrofitted into an E60 that didn't have it from factory. That's all I know.

I'm of the opinion that I should be able to decide how and when I want to drive it, if I want to drive it, I'll drive it, and if I want to take a 12 hour trip down to Florida, I'd like to be able to relax on that drive, which active cruise helps with immensely.

you're entitled to that opinion 100% but dont let that one stupid option stop you from getting a beastly car

The question here is: why did we have to choose between M and these nice features? Why not both?
