Looking to buy 2013 X5. good price? what should I expect?

I'm in the market for a 2013 X5. I have found 2 locally that I'm interested in. Ive never owned a BMW and am wondering what I should look for and what to expect.

The first one is an xDrive35i SAV. It is grey with the cinnamon interior and 29,200 miles. They are asking $30,900. It is being sold by a luxury used car dealer. It is one owner off lease.

The other is an xDrive35d. It is also grey with the tan interior and 54,295 miles. They are asking $29,995. It is being sold by a Subaru dealer.

I have driven the gas X5. Not the diesel one yet. I will today.

What kind of future maintenance should I expect? Any major issues? how often do you replace tires?

Are these prices fair? Any advice and insight would be appreciated.

I'm in Jacksonville, Florida btw.
