X5 35d Turbos Gone!

so ive got an 09 X5 diesel and turbos need to be replaced but i dont wanna buy them from the dealer and pay 4500 anyone know else where to buy them?? i cant find anything!

Why do they need to be replaced? Leaking oil? Physical damage?

You can try giving pureturbos.com a call, they might be able to do something.

What fault codes and symptoms? They rarely fail - esp. both -eh?
Usually a vacuum control issue of either of both chargers.

so far everywhere I've turned everyone says they shouldn't be bad they rarely go out. i wish that was the case, i recently started to here a whine,screeching noise upon heavier throttle, got BMW to look at it do a smoke test for leaks or anything they couldn't figure it out they said we think its a turbo but we're not sure so i got some one else to look in the turbos and there is play and looks like the blades have some scaring, only at 85k if only this happened 5k ago ! they are not completely out but they are on there way, any kind of acceleration over 2k rpm makes the siren sound.
