Wow, pricey E24 M6!

Very clean, but nearly $100k.

I saw this gorgeous blue one with less miles for sale about 9 years ago for $20k.

Typical Isringhausen. They bilk buyers with P cars as well. In their market, they find fairly exceptional cars, and charge a premium for them.

Isringhausen is a Very high priced dealer.

I bought my first E30 M3 in 1993 and considered a car from this dealer. I was going to be travelling there from Indiana to get a car they had in stock. I got the impression that negotiation would be impossible and that I could end up finding that a 2 hour one way trip would be fruitless. I looked around more and ended up buying an equivalent car from an individual that was 5 hours away and never regretted the decision.

I am sure the vehicles that they carry are outstanding.. but not worth the price. I feel the same way about Enthusiast Auto in Cincinnatti. Interesting that two dealerships like this are in the Midwest...

I've bought 6 cars from Isringhausen over the years, but never one of their high-end rarities. Still, they're nice to look at whenever I go there for service. I was (and still am) shocked at the $100k price tag on this one. We'll see how long it sits there in their showroom.

Looks like there is a subset of people eager to buy rare vehicles with disproportionate pricing, and these guys cater to them. The more ridiculous the price, the more the oohs and aahs and drooling elicited.
