It's not certified and seller indicates that it can't be but I'd be curious if that reasoning might be due to a lemon buy back (only 14K miles, right)? Some dealers are listing lemon buy backs as carrying "existing factory" warranties whereas others say that don't have warranties. This looks like it will have the original BMW warranty but it also looks like that seller is going to want some BIG $$$'s as they state the prior owner "sunk" an additional $30K into it so you are probably looking at $85K to pick it up...IMHO (of course)
