X5D oil change..

What oil do you use in your X5D? I know that the dealer uses Castrol but I can't find the same stuff they use. I am 3 hours away from my closest dealer and I need to get my oil changed so I'm going to have to take it to a local shop. Any ideas??

You'll need the diesel additive (adblue) or whatever as well.
