It's a long shot, but I would like the runflats gone. Enough already, BMW!
More realistically, I really hope for the 40d engine and the 8sp tranny to come to USA. Otherwise, I don't really know what I would like changed. It's perfect! |

runflats are here to stay but im pretty sure the ride will be smoother. It'd also be great for that 40d to come here but im hoping that the hybrid model is priced more reasonably than other bmw hybrids. might give that a shot.

A buy-10-get-1-free rebate from BMW? I'm almost there...
Seriously, the added leather surfaces is a good one. My M3 had extended leather and I loved it but a leather dash would be nice too. Nice motorized running boards that were totally camouflaged as m-sport side skirts... that would be cool!

The 50d would be even better! The 8sp tranny would be nice to have on the diesels too. Not sure why they only have it on the regular gas models still...

Removal of Runflats.
Better quality Premium Hifi. Better quality / design wheel flares. (Hate the black plastic clips over painted plastic flare of M models) Updated dash info screen (ala 6 series) More leather surfaces And of course... more powwwaaa!! |

1. 3rd row option be a little bit more spacious
2. 2nd row continue to be able to move forward/backward 3. Sport Package / M-sport Package (with areo kit) be released at time of launch 4. Full black panel dashboard (with digital speedometer) 5. Red leather interior and mineral/pearl white exterior (Red/White stitches for black leather) 6. Full hydraulic suspension with ride height adjustment (also with easy entry function so that you can lower the car for the kids/elderly) 7. Understand that the F40 X5 may grow in size but please do not make it too much longer than it is now (the current length of the car is just right - don't want the X5 to turn into a Merc GL or Audi Q7) 8. Less heavy 9. Paddle shifter on steering wheel 10. Price stay the same (or even lowering it due to the economy downturn) Thanks! |

It would be nice if this is the launch vehicle for the next gen idrive. It due in 2014 so the timing may work. Generally the x5 is a bit of showcase for new technology so expect some new things above and beyond the stuff that's already available on the 5 currently. |
