One of my front parking sensor can't stop beeping even there is nothing I front of my X?? The screen indicator showing red and the beep won't stop...can anybody help me with this. Maybe the rain and dirt from the snow mess up the sensor? I tried cleaning it but it still beep

I had this problem a few weeks ago, I don't know what is causing this beeping but it stopped after 3-5mins of driving
You can simply turn off the sensor at the bottom Last edited by X5M Badass; 12-13-2013 at 02:05 AM.. |

Mine did the same thing yesterday after an ice storm. I wipped them and made sure there was no sand/ice anywhere and that seemed to do it. May have been some ice that was in there that melted, but I though that was odd as I had driven this in ice/snow before with no issues.

Mine did the same after i took of the old plates. I beep constantly till one day i had a clode look near the crazy sensor and it turned out that i little bit from chunk that holds the frame for the plate number had gone out by only a few mm. I pushed it back a little and now everything is fine and dandy. Have a look, its amazing how the smallest things can cause so must trouble
