I want to say it's near White street..., few blocks from Flaherty Park. It's kind of near a rougher edge of town from what I could tell, but I'm more looking at it as a fixer upper and find something better down the road.

Haven't really gotten to see much of the area yet, is there enough there to get me in trouble?

That's truly down town, but even our "rough" neighborhoods aren't that bad. Local law enforcement is better than most, and you won't get hassled unless you're asking for it.
